Coetta McCarthy Wall, 91, died April 26, 2008 at her residence. She was born in Savannah, daughter of the late John R. and Mabel McCarthy. The lifelong resident of Savannah worked in acquisitions for both Hunter Army Airfield and the Corps of Engineers, retiring after many years of service.

Surviving are her nieces and nephews, Michael and Debra Tyson of Lawrenceville, GA; Craig and Cindy Tyson of Danville, AL; Randy Tyson of St. Petersburg, FL; Donna Farmer; great nieces and nephews, Lelyn and Jennifer Tyson, Valhalla Tyson, Erin Tyson, Chase and Anna Tyson, Corey Tyson and great great niece, Elizabeth Tyson.

Graveside Service will be private.
